The first Consultancy meeting is complimentary where the planner meets the clients at the discussed location to understand all their event/wedding requirements. This meeting is to understand the client's requirements, vision for the event. There will be no deliverables from the Planner’s end post this meeting, if the Client chooses not to go ahead with the Planners.

However, if the Client chooses Rose Gold as their planner, then a token advance payment of Rs.10,000/- must be made.. Upon making the token advance payment, the Planner will begin the elaborate process of planning the dream day along with a design, operations, logistics and an execution team.

If you opt for us to be a part of the end-to-end event planning process, we charge 10% of the final event budget as agency fee. However, a minimum fee is applied for events of budget lesser than Rs.1 Lac.

We charge about Rs.15,000/- per day, if you wish us to be involved in on-the-day coordination. The total amount chargeable will be based on the number of days you would be requiring our services.

In the case of Wedding/Event Consultation, you will be charged based on your requirement and our involved.
